Appartamenti Ca' Rezzonico - Venice

The hotel is comfortably situated, in the center of Venice, near a vaporetto station, you can get to it by taking a direct vaporetto from the St. Lucia train station. The appartment is very nice, in venetian style. The hotel is easy to find.

Loved the location and the spaciousness(once we got the apartment we had actually booked). The beds were great and the kitchen well supplied. Appreciated that there was an elevator to the 4th floor.

Very disappointed that we were put in a smaller apartment for the first night. Think we should be given a discount or a refund for this inconvenience as we had to wait around to get into the right place on our second day. Wish there was better lighting for reading.

The apartment is in a lovely 16th century building whose location is in the vicinity of restaurants, shops and cafes, moreover, it is within each reach of various museums, e.g. the Guggenheim museum. The water-bus or vaporetto stop is just right the corner. The owner of the apartment is friendly and very helpful. The apartment is nicely and tastefully furnished with some fine pieces of furniture. The kitchen is well-equipped so the place is extremely ideal for a family holiday whether with young or older children. We will definitely stay there again on return visits to Venice.

We can fault nothing in the apartment.

Die drei Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und eignet sich sowohl für ein sonniges Frühstück als auch einen lauen Sommerabend mit Rotwein und Käse.

In der Nacht, oder am frühen Morgen, kann es bei offenem Fenster auf dem Kanal etwas laut werden, wenn die Boote für das Ca Rezzonico Waren anliefern.

Die außergewöhnlich gute und freundliche Betreuung vor Ort! + der Garten und natürlich die Lage!

Die Klimaanlage schafft im Sommer leider höchstens die halbe Wohnung. Eine elendige Mückenplage :-(

Betreuung war Top bei alle Fragen! Sehr hilfsbereites Personal mit Abholung vom Bootssteg! Ambiente, Ausstattung, Lage, Einrichtung haben unsere Erwartung noch übertroffen

Klimaanlage verträgt keinen starken Regen - wassereintritt in der Wohnung

Op zich luxe appartement, deels met antiek ingericht, mooie houten vloeren etc. Ingebouwde kasten/keuken en gerei was echter minimaal.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans un des appartements de la galerie Ca Rezzonico. L'accueil a été charmant et l'appartement idéalement placé par rapport à nos contraintes . 2 chambres sous les toits dans un appartement agréable , clair et bien distribué . Belle cuisine dont nous n'avons pas eu l'usage mais qui permettrait de passer un séjour de plus longue durée en famille . Nous avons énormément apprécié ce mode d'hébergement et sommes prêts à y revenir

Le jet de la douche était insuffisant

joli appartement, bien situé, très bon accueil... un vrai plaisir....

Ruhige, verkehrsgünstige Lage; freundliche, lichte Atmosphäre, funktionale Ausstattung (nur Teekanne fehlt).

Nicht gut: Badezimmertür nicht zu schließen

La situation à l'intérieur de la ville et donc la proximité de tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter ( loisirs, visites culturelles, alimentation tant en restaurant qu'en courses individuelles, moyens de transport vaporetto à 50 m etc...)

Ne pas avoir un contrat de location rédigé en français le seul disponible étant en Anglais ce qui ne me paraît pas normal d'autant que l'on en a connaissance qu'une fois sur place et que l'on est donc bien obligé de le signer !

Zentrale Lage, Gartenblick

Einrichtungsgegenstände sehr alt, Z.T. defekt, wie Duschbrause, wackelnde Betten, defekter Kühlschrank, Sicherungen flogen ständig raus, obwohl nicht übermäßig viele Geräte an, Wasser nicht kalt nur warm bzw. Zu heiß, nicht regulierbar, kein Warmwasser in der Küche, Fenster in der Küche nicht zu schließen

Ein sehr schönes Appartment, mit super Ausstattung und wirklich einer tollen Lage.

Als einzigen negativen Punkt möchte ich anführen, dass das Bett nicht wirklich sehr angenehm war.
